Our holiday home
Casa Sulla Collina has a living area of over 300m², spread over three floors, and can accommodate up to 12 people. If desired, the house can be divided into two apartments by means of a door on the staircase. Each living unit has its own living room, kitchen, bathroom(s), bedrooms and terrace. The house is tastefully and comfortably refurbished, while maintaining the typical Italian style. Vintage wall tiles, authentic terracotta floors and antique pieces of furniture, accompanied by some modern accents, provide a warm and homely atmosphere.
Casa Sulla Collina stands on a fenced plot of 1.3 hectares. About half of it is forest, perfect for an adventurous and cooling walk in your own garden, where you will surely discover a hidden spot to enjoy the silence and nature. The rest of the plot is divided into different gardens. There is a lawn on the lower ground floor, a shaded garden – ideal for a picnic – situated between the driveway and the pool and of course an olive grove with about 90 olive trees.
The private pool of 8 x 4 m (1.2 m depth) offers the necessary cooling on hot summer days. A spacious (130m²) new terrace was constructed around the pool, with plenty of sun loungers, chairs and parasols at your disposal. So there is enough space for those who want to sunbathe while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view of the valley.
In short, Casa Sulla Collina is perfect for a wonderful stay with friends, or a fantastic family holiday with grandparents, children and grandchildren.

- Beds are luxurious box springs with pocket spring mattresses
- Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels available on site
- Fly screens in bedrooms
- Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles at the house, extra parking spaces at the back of the garden, easily accessible via the second gate behind the pool
- The swimming pool and sun terrace are completely fenced off and closed by child-safe gates
- The swimming pool is maintained weekly (with water quality check)
- PETS are NOT allowed!
- It is FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the house!
