If you want to fully immerse yourself in everything Tuscany has to offer during your holiday, then Casa Sulla Collina is the holiday home for you. Due to its quiet, yet central location, it is the ideal place for your Tuscan holiday!

Our holiday home, suitable for 4 to 12 persons, is idyllically situated in the middle of a naturally green area on an extremely quiet hill (sulla Collina). From the house, the garden and the pool you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the valley ‘Val di Chiana’. Nearby you will find the picturesque medieval town of ‘Civitella in Val di Chiana’, with cosy terraces, inviting restaurants with delicious regional products, and a small shop with coffee bar.

Some of Tuscany’s greatest attractions are only a stone’s throw away. Arezzo, Cortona, Lago Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Siena and Firenze are less than an hour’s drive from our House on the Hill. If you‘d rather escape the city crowds, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and nature at Casa Sulla Collina and indulge in il dolce far niente. The domain has a total area of ​​approximately 1.3 hectares, half of which is woodland, and the rest is divided into different gardens. There is a grassplot, a shaded garden with trees – ideal for a picnic – and an olive grove with about 90 olive trees. Of course there is also a swimming pool with a large terrace and plenty of sun loungers to complete your holiday.
